    Scope:

    • Identification, analysis and validation of short-term and long term opportunities for the improved management of all packaging waste streams;

    • Compilation of a quantitative model, including multiple scenarios, which enables the long-term improvement of the collection system for all types of packaging waste;

    • Timebound plan until 2030 for the implementation of a scenario which incorporates technically proven and low-cost improvement measures.

    Results:

    • The Business plan for 2026 has incorporated several highly cost effective measures expected to increase the separate collection of packaging waste;

    Key benefit:

    • The company has a detailed spending, revenue and stakeholder engagement roadmap until 2030 which enables it to plan its investments more effectively.

  • Client:

    • A Regional Association of Municipalities in Bulgaria

    Timeline:

    • May - October 2025

    Scope:

    • Quantitative and qualitative analyses of key municipal waste management challenges;

    • Support with the planning and organization of the regional system for separate collection and anaerobic treatment of bio-waste (food and garden waste);

    • Contribution to the initial set-up and implementation of a related awareness campaign.

    Results:

    • Anaerobic Digestion plant taken to an advanced stage of operational readiness;

    • Over 100 biowaste collection points mapped out and ready for bin deployment

    Key benefit:

    • Biowaste collection and treatment is now in place.

  • Client:

    • Larvae conversion facility in Bulgaria

    Timeline:

    • May - August 2025

    Scope:

    • Guide on the implementation of best Circular Economy practices in the company’s manufacturing process;

    • ESRS Materiality assessment and sustainability reporting gap analysis;

    • Sustainability strategy and Stakeholder engagement plan;

    • Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) study and third-party verified Envrironemntal Product Declaration (EPD);

    • Scope 1 & 2 GHG Inventory. Recommended approach for Scope 3;

    Results:

    • Clear implementation roadmap for reporting and process optimization measures.

    • Sufficient scientific evidence justifying entrance into new market niches and adding additional revenue streams;

    • Strategy for effective scale up of sustainable activities.

    • All sustainability credentials updated, expanded and streamlined to support sales and financing efforts.

    • Producer and wholesale distributor of vegetables
